Advanced Open Water Diver Certification

If you want to improve your diving skills, expand your underwater experiences and explore greater depths, the PADI Αdvanced Open Water Diver program is the perfect next step.

Through this course, you will gain additional diving experience and build confidence by completing five different Adventure Dives, designed to develop your skills and broaden your understanding of the underwater world

How Do I Become a PADI Advanced Diver?

The certification consists of two main steps:

1. Theory
The theoretical section covers important diving concepts that are essential for both safety and enjoyment.

Theory can be completed through Advanced Open Water e-Learning, using the digital manual, which allows you to study flexibly from your computer or tablet.

2. Adventure Dives
During the Adventure Dives, you will put theory into practice in real diving conditions.
The program includes five (5) dives in total.
Two (2) dives are mandatory:
  • Deep Dive
  • Underwater Navigation (Compass)
You then choose three (3) additional Adventure Dives from the list of specialty options below.

Adventure Dives completed during this program can be credited toward corresponding PADI Specialty courses, and vice versa.


Requirements for

Minimum age: 12 years

Completion of PADI (Junior) Open Water Diver certification

Course cost 450€.

Minimum course duration: 3 days

Courses are available year-round.
Training schedules are designed around your availability, and completion time depends on your progress and mastery of the required knowledge and skills.
